Khalifa grew up right here in our district, learning the values of hard work, resilience, and community from a young age. After graduating from the local public school system, Khalifa went on to earn a degree in Public Policy, driven by a deep-seated belief that effective leadership begins with understanding the needs of everyday people.

With over a decade of experience in community advocacy and public administration, Khalifa has a proven track record of bringing people together to solve complex challenges. From spearheading local economic development initiatives to standing up for working families, Khalifa’s professional journey has always been rooted in service and tangible results.

Beyond the office, Khalifa has been a relentless champion for our neighborhoods. Whether organizing neighborhood watch programs, volunteering at the local food bank, or serving on the municipal advisory board, Khalifa has always believed that real change happens on the ground, shoulder to shoulder with neighbors.

Now, Khalifa is running for Congress to take that same fight to Washington.
